My first day walking on the Camino is scheduled for April 30th. Prior to that I’ll be flying to Barcelona, Spain and taking a train from there to Pamplona, where I’ll begin walking.

The traditional start for many people on the Camino de Santiago is to begin in the edge of France and the Camino I’ll be on is referred to as “the French way”. But I will be bypassing the first 2 or 3 days of the traditional starting point in order to avoid walking over the Pyrenees Mountains!
